All orders placed by 14:00 GMT Monday to Thursday will be processed for next business day delivery, utilizing our pre-approved couriers. Any orders received after Thursday 2pm, and on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday for next day delivery. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order for next working day delivery, we will contact you via your preferred method to advise when your order can be expected.
You will receive a message on the morning of your delivery advising of a delivery window. A further message will be made when the driver is on their way to you.
If for any reason, you are not able to accept delivery at the time prescribed, please contact the courier directly and follow their procedures for re-booking.
